Subscriptions (if any) can be cancelled at any time through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
We do not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly.
Users should contact the respective app store immediately after accidental purchases.
If unauthorized transactions occur, users should contact their payment provider and the app store.
If you were charged but did not receive your item due to a technical error, please contact us at contact@superspiderstudios.com with your transaction receipt. We will verify the claim and manually credit the item to your account.
